Miguel Hill, Partner

Miguel brings both the training and life experience of critical thinking to the insurance industry. He does so from multiple Information and technology based business functions including Supply Chain and Logistics operational management. As a seasoned IT professional and lifelong learner he wastes no time continuing his education about high quality Insurance vehicles that add value to and are a means of protection for the community. He equally enjoys extending his extensive knowledge base to cutting edge technology and the benefits it extends to local business and families.

Miguel also possesses leadership style and self-directed motivation that empowers others. With over 10 years of management experiences in logistical operations for Fortune 500 Companies, his attention to strict Federal and State regulation guidelines allows him the ability to conduct business functions with sound reasoning ability. At the same time he has saved companies close to 70% in overtime expenses and increasing quarterly margins by using technology that he integrated with financial reporting Information Systems. He uses a systems analysis approach in all of his professional experiences whether in-person or remotely. His attention to the values of each customer has led to a proven track record of client satisfaction. Miguel holds his passion and experience in recruiting, developing and retaining staff to the highest standard, making him a pleasure to work with in any capacity. Renee Simone, Partner

Renee has a strong presence in her community. She has been a key contributor on multiple fronts for more than two decades. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker she and her clients have worked together to heal and restore countless stories, building technical coping skills that empower and redirect individuals with positive results. Renee takes pride at giving back to communities and helps people understand that success is a process that must be worked at with focus, passion and direction. Renee took giving back to new frontiers and by obtaining her Clinical Doctorate as a Nurse Practitioner. She has experienced the physical and emotional impact of critical and chronic illness on individuals, families and communities. As she learned about resources that would help lesson family fiscal responsibilities and daily requirements during a medical crisis, she supported repositioning individuals and families to obtain coverage for when they would need it the most!

Renee both mirrors and complement’s Miguel’s integrative practices, bringing her expert clinical skills as a Nurse Practitioner and Insurance Professional and taking pride in working with diverse clients’ personal and business needs and goals. She has already built one successful practice and is adding annual value to a second, contributing to hundreds of satisfied clients who return for repeat business on multiple levels and for various reasons. Renee adds value with quality service that is both efficient and sustainable, with emphasis on putting clients first, team second and herself last.
