We have two unique tracks for new and seasoned team members. The new member track offers foundational and current education on industry standards. We provide a supportive structure within which to develop producers as they apply new principles and skills that build upon individual talents to better assist community best utilize Living Benefits Technology.
Seasoned members take the second track geared toward independent practice as they delve into greater depth in their understanding of the nuances of case design, building and outcomes to suit a variety of personal and business needs and goals. Multi-layered levels of specialized supports in a field of ever evolving benefit options position motivated individuals with access to producer resources through a single, integrated platform of service delivery.
